Recently I Was Seen In The Emergency Room For What

Recently I was seen in the emergency room for what I thought may be a heart problem. Tingling in the extremities, pain in the chest and between the shoulder blades, nausea, lightheadedness. I had an EKG done and blood work to determine the presence of a clot as I had recently been traveling. No heart issue was found. I am considering that it may be GERD. The symptoms can be scary and troublesome. What is your opinion?
