Recently I Was Skateboard And My Skateboard Popped Up And

Recently I was skateboard and my skateboard popped up and hit me in between my legs immediately it swelled up and the next day my lip was dark purple. My dad won't take me to the doctors what should I do? It's been 5 days and it hurts to walk and stings when I'm standing to long and stings to the touch
