Recently I Was Taken Off Lisinopril/HCTZ (20mg/12.5)) Because Of Severe

Recently I was taken off Lisinopril/HCTZ (20mg/12.5)) because of severe coughing and instead was placed on 25 mg of HCTZ. I have also cut down on salt, sugar, carb and sat fat because of elevated blood sugar level - 101 and moderate urine ketone. My blood pressure now hovers above 90/60, and below 120-80. I do feel dizzy when I rise up from a lying position. My questions are:
1) Should I lower my dosage of HCTZ?
2) Do my glucose and ketone levels have an effect on my blood pressure?
