Recently I've been feeling very weak, tired, and sometimes dizzy. Type 2 Diabetes well controlled by oral meds and one bedtime dose of Lantus. Sometimes having a meal or a snack resolves the symptoms, but sometimes doing so makes them worse. What is happening to me?
