Recently Began Experiencing Tremors In My Right Foot When I

Recently began experiencing tremors in my right foot when I drive. It is more pronounced in early morning and late evening. I do not notice any other symptoms that concern me. 55 year old female, overweight, smoker, no current medications or health issues.
