Recently Diagnosed With PE In My Lung From A Long

Recently diagnosed with PE in my lung from a long flight. I am on a blood thinner and seem to be doing good except when I take a deep breath I get a slight pain in my chest but a more pronounced pain on top of my shoulder. If I didn't have the pain in my shoulder I would be during great. Any idea what would be causing the pain in my shoulder.
