Recently During Physical Activity, I Had A Sharp Pain In

Recently during physical activity, i had a sharp pain in my side. The pain was triggered when i would reach a certain breathing point.(For example, i would breath half way in and be fine, but breath the rest of the way in and the sharp pain would be triggered. I decided to lay down and the pain went away in my side after breathing big in and out for awhile. Then i stood up and the pain was gone, but i felt shaky and fizzy and my face was was insanely twitchy. My eyebrows were shaking constantly and my speech was very slurred and slow. I also felt very very heavy after returning to physical activity. Do you have any idea what may have happened?
