Recently Got Heart Attack And Diagnosed That 2 Arteries Are

Recently got heart attack and diagnosed that 2 arteries are blocked and one is narrow. Dr implanted 2 stents in one artery. Another one is 90% blocked. Heart percentage is 50%. Please suggest I should go for bypass surgery or stent in another artery too?
