Recently Had A Blood Test And For The First Time
Recently had a blood test and for the first time have higher than normal levels for AST (53) and ALT (67). I have been drinking alcohol more than usual over the last 12 months. Can I reduce these AST and ALT levels by completely abstaining from alcohol?
