Recently Had An EKG For A Pre-Op For Rotator Cuff

Recently had an EKG for a Pre-Op for Rotator Cuff surgery. The interpretation: Sinus rhythm with frequest, and consecutive Premature ventricular complexes and Fusion complexes. Possible Left atrial enlargement. Prolonged QT

Does that a cause for alarm to undergo surgery? I am otherwise a healthy, slightly overweight 61 year old woman.
