Recently Had Thrush Of Throat Which I Was Given Medication

Recently had thrush of throat which I was given medication for by my GP, the thrush seems to have cleared now along with a bad cold I was suffering with alongside catching conjunctivitis, these symptoms have now passed but noticed my throat has still been sore when I swallow and I'm still caught get up mucas, however I looked at my tonsils and the middle bit is swollen and resting on my tounge which makes it uncomfortable when swallowing ?
