Recently Had Tonsilitis Which In Still On A 10day Course

Recently had tonsilitis which in still on a 10day course of penicillin (5th day in). My fever has gone but I now have this new really horrid pain in the pack of my mouth. My wisdom teeth area is very inflamed and extremely painful. I can't eat or hardly open my mouth
