Recently Have Been Sleeping With A New Girlfriend And I

Recently have been sleeping with a new girlfriend and I got tested before being with her and i was good to go. She also was tested after she left her last boyfriend and was finE. We have been sleeping together fire 2 months and just the other night we had sex and i woke up with 4 bumps around my pee hole. They had black spots in the center and it hurt when i peed initially but only at the exit where the bumps are. I am almost positive neither of us have an std but im scared.
