Recently I Went On A Camping Trip And Had A

Recently i went on a camping trip and had a nice shower because it was cold, but halfway in i started feeling really sick and so i turned the shower off, but as i did so my peripheral vision disappeared and i was really dizzy i thought i was going to faint. Why did this happen?
