Recently lost a friend to oesophageal CA. COD ruptured blood vessels, and massive loss of blood into stomach and out of mouth. Family need answers which aren't forthcoming. Is this common? Why weren't they warned of risk? PT was undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy
