Recently Me And My Partner Had Sexual Intercourse, Which Was

Recently me and my partner had sexual intercourse, which was rather rough. After the intercourse he had noticed I was bleeding and we stopped. Right after I went to the restroom and as I was urinating I felt a stinging pain which I usually do after sex but this time I felt it for days. I was examining myself today and I noticed a bump or irritated area on or very close to my fourchette. Both of use get usual STD tests and the results are always negative. I was just wondering what this might be and how do I make it heal?
