Recently Quit Smoking Cigarettes And Was Going Through Quitters Flu

Recently quit smoking cigarettes and was going through quitters flu but I wake up in the morning with a dry mouth and a dry throat the hairs on my tongue are white I don't think it's thrash I used a lot of Listerine to clear my throat and drink a lot of P they say that causes your tongue to turn white and I think it's dry mouth but I'm not too sure can someone help me please figure out what's wrong with my tongue
