Recently The Skin On The Palm Of My Hands Have

Recently the skin on the palm of my hands have been peeling but not in a normal manner especially on my finger tips. They feel almost numb to the touch. Generally the peeling and irritation is around my finger tips, crease between my thumb and index finger and palms. Also, my palms are very itchy.
