Recommend A Safe Hair Dye Free From Wood Alcohol

Hi!! I am allergic to wood alchocol and thineroal in hair dye. Is there any hair dye that you know of that does not contain these two ingredients. My doctor would not tell me what other terminologies the hair dye ingredients use instead of the above two medical terms. So, I can not tell from the labels.
