Recommend Medication For High Blood Pressure Considering Elevated Liver Enzymes, And Ongoing Eltroxin And Provanol Plus Use

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Neeraj Kumar, Age43, weight-75. I am suffering from High Blood Pressure for last two years. At start I was given Cilacar T ,but after taking the medicine I started having uneasiness in my chest the my doctor prescribed me Bengreat 4. For some time my blood pressure started to show some improvement but it never came to 120/80. Now I want your advice sir/madam as to which medicine should I use. Today my BP was 142/102. Yesterday it was 145/90, 138/110, 128/98 on different times of a day. My doctor has suggested Torsid 5. But I have read that such diuretics can cause SICK SINUS SYNDROME in the long run as they help deplete the other minerals from along with sodium. Also I have raised SGPT and SGOT levels for which I take medicines. I mentioned this fact because I have read that telmisartan is not good for liver. In such situation can you please suggest a combination of medicine that is free from side effects and works well too.. I take Eltroxin 50mcg for my thyroid problem, which is under control. I take Provanol Plus 5 , 1 tablet for my migraines. Which is under control. Regards, Neeraj Kumar
