Recommend Treatment For Canker Stones

i am in my mid 30"s. as I have had my 2nd and 3rd child my canker sores have gotten worse. I have realized they come when I ovulate, the same time every month. I take l-lysine, I do the DGL degylerized licorice. I have seen an accupunturist, I take acidophilus & probiotic pills. I stay away from acidic, spicy food etc. . I want to be done with them.
