Recommend Treatment Options For Multiple Uterine Fibroids In A Healthy Woman

Hello....Any cure for multiple uterine fibroid (3) ,i am 28 years and not yet married...i am having multiple uterine fibroid size 2.6 cm ,3 cm....along the aterior wall...i am having sign and symptom of urination frequent ,pain during periods which i can bear it and constipation...so i need some medical treatment from your side....or any idea of this...i dont have heavy bleeding...only 3 day last that also one day little and second day normal...not that much heavy and third little...so please suggest me
