Recovering From A Bout Of Bronchitis. Hue Been Dealing With

Recovering from a bout of bronchitis. Hue been dealing with this for about three weeks so I went to doctor and he gave me a z pack, a steroid shot and steroid pills. Now that I have completed all the medicine, I am noticing my neck is very tender and I am getting headaches that radiate from the base of my skull. Traditional advil, tylenol etc do not work. Should I be concerned?
