Recovering Quadrapalegic, For The Last Couple Of Days I Have

Recovering quadrapalegic, for the last couple of days I have a needle like pain below my right breast. It is intermitten. I have had 2 heart attacks, now the pain is in my armpit in addition to the needle pain, I'm confused about it..drink plenty of water, take extra potassium and magnesium since my body tends to lose it.
