Rectal Cancerous Tumor Metastasized To The Lung The Size Of

Rectal cancerous tumor metastasized to the lung the size of a pea. It was removed & than went on Zolada with radiation treatments for 6 weeks. The rectal tumor was than removed & pathology report came back with 2 lymph nodes that were positive for cancer & the rectal tumor was low grade. Everything else came back benign. What chemo regiment should be followed after I heal from my surgery
