Recurring Pea To Nickle Sized Hard Lumps Under Skin On

Recurring pea to nickle sized hard lumps under skin on upper thighs to inner groin. Never on genitals. The grow more tender and painful till the come to the surface and form a pimple looking head. When it pops, it starts whitish/yellow and turns to dark blood. After it pops, within a day levels down and starts to go away. Usually leaving a nice scar with the bigger ones. Its been happening since I was a teen. (now 33)
I am overweight. I shower daily with antibacterial soap. I do not sweat excessively on a regular basic. I have tried all different types of underwear and have even tried commando. Nothing helps. Sometimes I'll go weeks without one and then have 3 at the same time. Nothing changes.
