Recurring Problem... Recently Worse. Pain In Upper Left Chest Area

Recurring problem... recently worse. Pain in upper left chest area around sternum radiating all the way through to my back left beside shoulder blade area. Alleviated with heat today. Was worse when I lay on my back. Feels like I'm being pinched/pushed in from both sides, simultaneously. My blood pressure was 132/84 w/ 78 pulse.
Have had recent ekg & echocardiogram... pulmonary hypertension(mild) and mitral valve prolapse (mild) diagnosed.
Also recent diagnosis of mild renal stenosis, thus was put on an additional blood pressure medicine.
But that pain I had today and other days... disturbing and it hurt.
