Red Coloured Itchy Eruptions On My Scalp.Treatment?

hello..!! i have some red colour eruptions on my scalp n they feel itchy.

i am hardly left with little amount of hairs on my scalp..last year i had typhoid and kidney stone...i hav tried many a things on my scalp n hairs but they did not work..please suggest me something effective.
