Red Inflamed Throat For Over 2 Months. I Am Currently

Red inflamed throat for over 2 months. I am currently on Flonase and Pepcid, nexium. I have gone to the dr he said virus. I went to the eent dr and he said post nasal drip and possible acid reflux. My throat has been painful most of the time. I just recently put a humidifier in the bedroom. Last visit to eent was 3 wks ago?
I just want this to go away, no I am not a smoker or drinker.
