Red rash on inside of thigh next to scrotum. Some on scrotum also. Heat/sweat rash? Used Quadriderm last week almost disappeared now flared up again. Bright red. Living and working in hot climate and humid but never had this before. 46 yr old English male in Cambodia. 88kg. Otherwise healthy. Thanks
