Red Rash Started On Ankles Also Little Red Spots And

Red rash started on ankles also little red spots and then appeared a little bit on lower back Then spread up the legs and back to stomach and have some on the arms. took claritan. didn't work. been taking Benadryl. Took 1 25 mg every 4 hrs. Took 5 doses and about to take the 6th pill. rash continues to spread Help please.
Does not itch. Seen a PA yesterday he said looks like allergy. But not responding yo bendryl.
