Redness in vertical lines on either side of the mouth, very localized to the creases on either side of the mouth and then redness extending vertically down from the mouth to the neck below the chin. No swelling. No scaling of blisters on the skin. (my wife's condition). Trying to determine if dermatological problem or if this is a condition below the skin. Age of patient: 67, in good health, no medicines taken for any conditions.
