Regarding Verdigo, After 12 Weeks, I Still Unable To Walk

Regarding Verdigo, after 12 weeks, I still unable to walk properly Dizzi 24/7. Epley maneuver worked for a while. One ENT Dr said don't do more than 2 at home. (He did 3 in his office). Another Dr said continue twice a day with the Epley maneuver. I don't know what my next step should be. Nothing is working. What are my options?
