Regarding Fish Oil Supplements...is Taking One With Just Salmon Ingredient

Regarding fish oil supplements...is taking one with just salmon ingredient sufficient. Also we did a test of different brands by opening each capsule and placing them on a Styrofoam plate to see if any of them ate a hole in the plate...and one of the five capsules ate a big hole in the plate...is this one ok to take?
