Respected Doctor I Am From India And Requesting A Small
Respected Doctor
I am from India and requesting a small information from you about prolactin levels in men.
When I was 30, I had prolactin level of 17.6 and normal levels mentioned as 1.5 and 16.0 ng/ml
Now I am 47 and gave blood to measure prolactin level and got report stating 18.06 and normal levels as 2.5 and 19.0 ng/ml
I got a doubt whether the normal levels vary according to the age. Is it correct measurement. Could you please guide me.
Basing on your advice only, I need to meet andrologist on the issue of loss of libido / ED. Please guide.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully
Kishore
