Respected Doctor My Wife And I Am Suffering In VDRL

Respected Doctor My wife and I am suffering in VDRL + I am 42 years old as I pass the urine feel pain some time the color of urine is dark brown and some rare time urine with blood also feel dullness.
My wife has not issue like me but she has tumors in her uterus and disturbed periods.
Kindly advise the medicine for both of us.
