First of all I would like to convey my hearty regard . My necessary particulars are below:
1.Name : Vinod Kr. Dogra, Male 47 yrs.
2. TESTOSTERONE VALUE : 182.06
3. fOLLICLE sTIMULATING hORMONE(fsh) : 39.07
4.lUTEINISING hORMONE(LH) :: 22.04\
5.Height : 5ft 6Inch.
6.Addictions : Nil( but,take a alchohal occassionally)
7.Since Sept2013 I was suffering from RA+ and took the treatment under Ayurveda Specialist,presently get relief.In cool whether me fealing stress in the morning and evening,my hand got yellow and purple on washing with cold water.
8.Diet : Normal/Non Veg.
9.Exercise : 20-30 mintues light exercise and yoga.
10.I have two children son and daughter of 23 adn 20 yrs respectively.
11.Weight : 62kg
12.Dr.prescribed me 1.Ignetor ED for 1 month twice a day and Inj.Gonastium 1500 Alt day.
