Respected , I Have Some Small Vesicles On My Face

Respected , I have some small vesicles on my face which is inside the skin and also create little pain while touching the skin and now it produces red pigments on that area..please help me in this treatment.. I am using facewash ( neo glow ) and a whitening cream glowfer cream ( melasma)... Thank you
