Respected Sir,
i am 30 year old i got heart attack MI on 22nd November 2015 then i come to know i am adiabatic also kindly advise me the life style & what can i eat or what can i not eat. i am so much confuse some them said have gluten free some of them said wet free kindly advice what can i eat.
