Respected Doctor, Greetings. Right Now, I Am Facing A Very

Respected doctor,
Greetings.
Right now, I am facing a very tough situation that involves my grandmother.

She is 67 years-old and is diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Other than that, she currently can't even walk a few meters because her heart starts beating much higher than an average person and gets breathing shortness. She has been facing this problem for well over four months and we have tried to fix this, but we haven't come up with any solutions yet. Another serious problem related to this is the fact that her lungs, feet, and some other parts in the body get swollen up with water, and every doctor says it is related to her heart problem.

Recently, we have taken an Angiography to see what is wrong and we have come up with some horrifying results:

First of all, her Aorta has significant lung stenosis at its proximal and mid arteries.
One of her OM's is also experiencing moderate artery lesions at the proximal.
Her right coronary artery has been cut off at the proximal as well.

After the Angiography, the doctor told us that she has to undergo CABG surgery. considering the fact that she has type 2 Diabetes, severe anemia, and had recovered from the breast cancer operation with difficulties 3 years ago, my family cannot take the risks of another surgery. Because of all this, we are trying to find a solution using a medicine or remedy related way to solve her heart pain, breathing difficulty, and the swelling parts of her body.

I trust that you can help us in this matter.
My family and I would really appreciate your response and thanking you in advance.

Thank you,
Azam
