Respected sir sometimes what happened to me is that my heart started beating very fast I have done my ECG in a top Hospital of India but still I feel that kind of feeling I feel that this is psychological or I am having panic attacks.I am first time away from my home and in college so please tell me that I am having any anxiety diorder or something else
