Respectivr Sir, I'm 39 Y Old. Married , And Having

Respectivr sir,
I'm 39 y old. Married , and having a single baby. My doctor analyze my semin and reported as " oligospermia"
He recommended multi vitamins.
My question is, that ramipril is sutibal for the treatment of oligospermia. Or gonatrophin is better. Plz early reply
