Result Of My 15-year Old Daughters Latest Comparative X-ray Reveals

Result of my 15-year old daughters latest comparative X-ray reveals "There is partial clearing of the previously demonstrated (08/31/2015) density in the right upper lobe. The heart is not enlarged. The retrosternal and retrocardiac spaces are normal in appearance. The posterior gutters are sharp.
No hilar lymphadenopathy seen in the lateral film. The diaphragm is distinct.
The pulmonary vessels are within normal limits. The superior mediastinum is not
remarkable. The osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant bony abnormality.
Impression:CONSIDER RESIDUAL PTB, RIGHT UPPER LOBE
FOLLOW-UP AFTER 2-3 MONTHS

May i know what does it mean? Does it mean that my daughter is already completely healed from PTB?

Thanks,

Winmie
