Returned to ohio from Lake Tahoe 48 hours ago. I flew each way. I became nausea us and developed sob after 24 hours in Lake Tahoe. Stayed 7 days. I am home 48 hours and xs have not subsided. Altitude sickness is what I dx however wouldn't sx be gone by now
