Right Now, It's Morning Here And It Has Been 2

Right now, it's morning here and it has been 2 -3 days I've experiencing a strange headaches. When I wake up, I feel like my head is pounding and throbbing and sometimes it feels dizziness and heart beats in a rapid way. I usually don't have headache problems. It's the first time I'm feeling like this. 3-4 days ago at the night, I didn't even sleep because I just couldn't I was awake all night till morning and sometimes I also have rational and unwanted anxiety thoughts. So I would be very greatful to get the suggestions. Thank You!
