Right Side Of Pelvic I Feel Like Squeezing, Pinching And

Right side of pelvic I feel like squeezing, pinching and burning pain.Causes me to kneel down to ground, cry, and can't finish tasks I want to do. The pain is very intense and is temder, if I barely touch my skin of the location ,inside it will burn, like on fire burn. I first got symptoms like this this year starting in September but it was minor and happens once a month before my period . But now it's so much wotse that I started getting it majorly last night and still continuing to hurt and I took two Midol pain pills but still in pain, and also twisting is a feeling I feel too. What might this be?
