Right Side Of Throat Is Swollen Along The Whole Throat,

Right side of throat is swollen along the whole throat, had tests ran, all came back neg for strep b,c, and mono. given a z pack, now on last pill, and still swollen, with an ear ache,and can't open mouth to yawn. When I try to yawn my jaw,throat and ear hurts. I can not open my mouth wide to yawn.
