Right So For A Couple Of Days My Ribs Near

Right so for a couple of days my ribs near the top has been killing and my chest for a couple of months has been playing up as it feels like thiers someone pressing down on my chest and I'm struggling to breath however my back in the middle towards the top also has sharp pain and I don't know why this is happining .. Can u help me
