Runner Diagnosed W/ Hallus Rigidous And Seismoitus (sp??). Have Been

Runner diagnosed w/ Hallus Rigidous and Seismoitus (sp??). Have been in a walking cast for 4-5 Wweeks with no improvement. Condition gradually deteriorating with sore throat, severe joint pain in hands and difficulty walking. Waiting on MRI results but just getting worse. Any thoughts?
