Running A I Have Had A Fever For Over A

Running a I have had a fever for over a month and have been taking two different antibiotics for the same length of time. I do have COPD and my oxygen levels are low especially after moving around. I have had the flu shot and the pneumonia shot. Going back to my primary care Dr. tomorrow what is going on and how can I get better
